A Nurse from Argentina shares her experience.

My name is Claudia De Pasqua, I am a nurse.  I work at PAMI (social work for older adults) and I work in the pharmacy sector, where I carry out the change of ambulance briefcases.

I want to share my testimony about how the protective hand of God was on my life in these days of anguish and uncertainty, and how he kept me in His perfect and inexplicable Peace.

On June 23 I started with a sore throat and after 2 days I decided to consult my social work and discover the new way of working. Through a video call, the doctor questioned me and decided to activate the protocol for Covid-19 due to my symptoms. I have the swab done and I complied with the isolation, in a hotel waiting for the result, which I can describe as a desolation and uncertainty, but I trusted that God was with me. At 48 hours they gave me the result and it was negative.

nother great reality is that in this labor system we are pressured to work, I had to rejoin, but I did not feel in a position because I still had a sore throat and muscle pain, so I decided to consult again in a sanatorium guard. The doctor decided to activate the protocol for Covid again and they performed a new swab and I fulfill the isolation in a hotel, and thank God it was again negative.
God is faithful with his children and shows his inexhaustible love. I give thanks to God for his protection and for revealing himself to my life, without him I don’t know how I would have gone through those difficult moments. This led me to think about the coldness in which we live, a product of the pandemic, where doctors do not have contact with the patient and everything is resolved by phone even on call.

My confidence despite everything that happened was always placed in God our firm rock. It is my prayer that the light of Christ that lives in each one of us never goes out despite the circumstances.
God bless you.
