Stacy went to work at LAMB integrated rural health and development project in Bangladesh in 1983, as a nurse-midwife. She currently works in the Management Information Systems and Research Department, and especially enjoys evaluating the impact of programs for vulnerable groups. She has been involved with NCF since 1988 and her passion is to encourage young nurses in Bangladesh and the SAME region to develop as Christian Nurse Leaders and professionals. She is also a trainer for SALINE and keen to further develop the SALINE team in Bangladesh.
